Certification Committee

The Certification Committee is responsible for developing and implementing various strategies to increase the awareness of HFMA certification and the advancement of NH-VT Chapter members into the status of CHFP and FHFMA.

Chapter Quality Management Committee

The Chapter Quality Management Committee establishes quality measures for Chapter activity and monitors quality activities within the Chapter.

Chapter Sponsorship Committee

The Chapter Sponsorship Committee conducts the annual corporate sponsorship program soliciting corporate sponsors.  The committee also evaluates the benefits returned to the sponsors and continually reviews ways to enhance the program.

Education Committee

The Education Committee is responsible for establishing educational programs that meet Chapter member needs arising throughout the year.  The Committee is chaired by the President-elect of the Chapter.

LINK Committee

The LINK Committee serves as a resource to National HFMA on various topics relating to what we are seeing in our region.  As much as quarterly, National HFMA will pose a topic to LINK Committee chairs.  Our LINK Chair and Committee then reach out to their contacts to gain perspective on this topic and how it relates to and impacts our region.  Once the results from each chapter are culminated, National HFMA produces a white paper of the results for distribution to HFMA members.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee develops and implements programs to manage current membership and expand Chapter membership with the objective of meeting the membership and recruiting goals established by National HFMA.  The Committee also considers programs to expand membership to other areas of the healthcare industry that are not currently served by HFMA.

Newsletter Committee

The goal of the Newsletter Committee is to publish five issues during the course of the Chapter year.  The newsletters will convey to the Chapter membership pertinent news relative to the activities of the Chapter and current healthcare activities in the two-state area.

Scholarship Committee

The Scholarship Committee coordinates the activities surrounding requests to the University of New Hampshire and Champlain College for the selection of the four annual recipients of the Christopher Weinheimer Scholarship.  The Committee also manages the publicity of the event and coordination of the awards.  Additional responsibilities relate to the enhanced scholarship opportunities for HFMA members.

Social Media and Networking Committee

The Social Media and Networking Committee coordinates annual Fisher Cats games for our members and social activities following certain education programs.  The Social Media and Networking Committee provide important networking opportunities for our members and sponsors.
